Valentina Adegoke is a partner at Millenium Attorneys and also on the corporate commercial team of the firm. Valentina has over 6 years practice experience in the corporate commercial sector.

As a member of the Corporate commercial team of the firm, she advises companies on a range of commercial matters including Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Governance, Company Secretarial and Dispute Resolution. Valentina core strengths are company secretarial, commercial practice, corporate governance and restructuring. Valentina is currently undergoing her academic master’s program at the University of Lagos. Valentina is very passionate about what she does and she works closely with fintechs and startups.
